This means you won't need to remember a password. Instead, you'll verify your identity using a secure one-time code sent to your email.

Why is this changing?
We are introducing passwordless login to improve security and make access to our upgraded eCommerce platform easier.
How does the new login work?
When you log in, you will enter your email address and receive a one-time code by email. Enter that code to access your account — no password required.
Will I need to set it up?
No setup is required. When you log in, a code will be sent to your email address.
What if I do not receive my code?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still did not receive it, contact online.sales@atom.com.au.
What if I change my email address?
Please contact online.sales@atom.com.au so we can update your account details.
Will this change how I order online?
No. The ordering process will stay the same. This only changes the way you log in.
What if we use a shared mailbox or shared email address?
If multiple users share one email address, they will need access to the login code sent to that inbox. If that is not practical, we can help set up individual logins instead.
